The finissage of Relazioni Razionali closes our RAW 2024
By sealing the elegant packaging, young artist Tommaso Zagni concluded the creative process of his work, presented during the 2024 edition of Rome Art Week.
On Saturday 26 October, at the end of one of the most intense weeks in Rome, our exhibition-event Relazioni Razionali (Modulo A) literally came to its closure.
Young debuting artist Tommaso Zagni sealed in his elegant wooden boxes the three copies of his first work, in front of an attentive audience gathered outside our Spazio Chirale.
The event was part of Rome Art Week 2024.
Tommaso Zagni is a multidisciplinary artist and visual composer with a strong focus on contemporary art and immersive installations.
A well-established and recognised professional in the television post-production sector, where he has collaborated on high-level international productions for cinema and TV, he has recently turned his attention to the production of artworks, expressing himself through an original and innovative language that merges the digital and the physical.
Modulo A is part of a broader project that explores craft processes linked to materials.
Saturday’s finissage was the last of a series of performative events that took place during Rome Art Week. A particularly striking moment was when the silicone mould used to make the three copies was destroyed — turning them into unique, unrepeatable works.
The process that led to the genesis and creation of the work will remain on display in the windows of Spazio Chirale for a few more days.
Only one of the three works will be put up for sale.
