Verso Nuovi Futuri: a major event dedicated to training

From 18 to 21 May this year, more than 50 teachers and school principals from all over Italy took part in the large training event organised by the ITS Luigi Einaudi of Rome in the city of Orvieto, under the patronage of the Municipality of Orvieto and of the Fondazione Centro Studi di Orvieto, as part of the Scuola Futura mission of the national PNRR.

This is the latest major Chirale production, which saw the commitment of a team of more than ten people including trainers and technicians.

In particular, in the brand-new multimedia lab of the Fondazione Centro Studi di Orvieto — built as part of another major Chirale project we will tell you about soon — a workshop was held on the use in teaching of digital fabrication technologies, including 3D printing; meanwhile, on the upper floors of the historic building that hosts the Fondazione, the wonderful Giovanni Re engaged the teachers in exploring the digital technologies of Extended Reality.

The event was broadcast live in streaming, while in the Piazza del Duomo of Orvieto a ledwall was installed to promote the event.
